They pick up my car, fix it and then return it washed and cleaned up. And they do it in a timely manner and keep me informed of all progress. Great service.

This visit was to optimize my car from a "Manufacturers Recall" when the parts were received.I was told it may take all day for the process, but when I dropped off my car, I was called that my car was ready in two hours.That was great service work.

Great Cadillac service, staff is professional, friendly and timely. Just beware buying cars from Arrowhead Cadillac. Sales people we dealt with have no interpersonal skills, do not explain and clarify what service are covered by purchasing vehicles and cause a negative buyers experience.
