I was having warranty work done on the rear undercarriage. They replaced what needed done. Service writer told me I needed a new air cleaner, my front shock was seeping and my rear shocks should be watched. No one was under my hood and I did not find any shock seeping. I have asked for a different service writer in the future. She was new and the old service writer is gone. He never tried to scam me. Maybe that is why he is gone?
