Cheating people with prices. Cheating people with prices. Don't pay a penny over MSRP when you want to sell the car you'll be at 1/3 of the cost. These dealers that are charging over MSRP should get sued and shutdown.

Beware! When we bought our first Cadillac we were lied to by the salesman, who was later fired but Cadillac never made good on his lies. We recently were held responsible for damage done to a loaner car by someone else. And at that same time we were looking at purchasing a new car and the sales manager used slimy used car salesman tactics with us. He was rude and pushy. We were told several different stories. New XT4 In a matter of minutes I knew I wanted the xt4. Loved the body style and the drive. I have dealt with Arrowhead Cadillac for many years through sales and excellent service I receive when I bring my vehicle. The car buying experience was very low key and no high pressure at all Thank you Arrowhead Cadillac I think that the sales person was very good at his job but he couldve explained the features more than he did.
