Very prompt, very professesonal!
I had to pay 3% on the credit card, which came to 111.30 dollars. They should have told me to bring cash beforehand. I would have stopped at the bank. I paid 3,800 dollars for services, which should have cost 2,500.00.
They were thorough in their review of the problem & I'm confident it was fixed. They always give me another Lyriq to drive so I'm comfortable with the vehicle. I appreciate that.

The Cadillac service dept are pros. I was in and out in under the estimated time with a solution to the repairs needed and a sheduled date to return and get it done with a loaner vehicle for me to drive in the meantime. Also, they vacuumed out my car! What a great unexpected surprise!
