My battery died. My service representative Todd Coffer sent out his mobile repair guy Mel. Mel replaced the battery within minutes. The battery and service call were both covered by warranty. One happy camper!! It's service like this that keeps me going back to Arrowhead!! Planning on replacing my current Cadillac shortly and will be going back to Arrowhead!!
