Service experience We purchased our car from Arrowhead Cadillac in 2017. We were in for the Zaktek treatment and to have the oil changed. We love the fact that we can call in advance and have a rental car ready for us. Very convenient. Always a pleasant experience with Arrowhead Cadillac. Excellent customer service! My new service rep, Bora, is fantastic! I walked in without an appointment and she was happy to meet with me, took time to listen to my concerns and ordered required parts on the spot. She didn't make me feel like I put her out.
