Service department with the top service Tony is my service advisor and I called in advance to schedule a repair on my vehicle. He was able to get my vehicle in the service department the same day. He stated it would take a few hours and offered a courtesy vehicle which I took advantage of. 2019 CT6 I have been dealing Arrowhead (formerly Lund) Cadillac for years and I wouldnt even think about buying a car from another Cadillac Dealer.

No longer own a Caddy 2008 DTS was serviced and we were very pleased with work done by Arrowhead Cadillac, Peoria, AZ. But throughout the past 10 years we have seen Cadillac models get smaller and lighter.And frankly, the workmanship has seemed to have gotten less luxurious. So, after the car had been serviced, we traded it for a Genesis G80.
