CT 6 Service From the initial call requesting service, to the customer service provided by Todd and how fast the service was preformed, we were totally pleased. We sat in the waiting room in total comfort. Everyone we came into contact was pleasant and professional. Always a good experience at Arrowhead Cadillac.
Awesome Customer Service Every time I have gone to Arrowhead Cadillac I have received top notch Service from the Maintenance Department representatives such as Bill Large. He has always taken great care of my needs from a simple oil change to a more complex warranty issue. I have never driven away from the dealership feeling dissatisfied with any of the people from the dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from them.

Fell in love with the Cadillac in the showroom The sales staff is attentive but not pushy. Arrowhead had the best inventory of cars in the Phoenix area. After looking at different color and trim combinations, I picked the one in the showroom and shortly afterwards drove it home. The process was painless.

Pleased! There were a few problems in financing about costs being disclosed; also I had a certain monthly payment in mind, the salesperson said that he could get me there; but it was more years than I wanted to pay.
