Mike Tenant Mike Tenant is my Service Manager for my last 3 Cadi's. This is the 1st time any of the vehicles had a major problem. We only had the 2019 XT5 for 8 weeks. It took 7 weeks for the new part to arrive to Arrowhead Cadillac. Mike had me in a courtesy vehicle the entire time. Mike called me 1 or 2 times a week to keep me updated.
Recall I took the car in for a recall. Mr. Bill Large took an excellent care of the problem and solved it timely. Thank you.

Robert and Ellen Frisby They did a very good job. They picked up our Cadillac, and gave us a Cadillac to drive while they were repairing our. They diagnosed and repair our Cadillac in one day. They even took it through the car wash. We were very pleased with Arrowhead Cadillac.
