They informed us the pool wasn’t in service the day of the check in m, room was a bit dated

Not the best. Staff was friendly, express check out was convenient. The room though could have been cleaned better. There was what looked like poo in the shower, lets just say I wore my flip flops. For the rating it has previously recieved you would expect better.

Pool under construction and not told about it. Upstairs no elevator, pillows really uncomfortable. Staff not available for awhile when tried to check in. Looks way nicer online! Love Sedona but wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved it Took my four small kids for a few nights and was so happy we did it! A great price for a great hotel. It was clean and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. We had a great stay!
