Played Arthur Hills @ Palmetto Dunes today with my two son in laws and my brother in law today. The course was in good shape but the staff from the attended checking us in to the cart attended and the ranger were all very rude and made our day very uncomfortable. For the price 190.00 per player we all thought the staff would have been a lot more friendly.
Played Arthur hills yesterday, course was in fantastic shape! Greens were great. Highly recommend! Outside staff were very attentive, and Mark inside very helpful. Must play on HHI

I played the Arthur Hills Course in a twosome in February. I loved it! I am a bogey golfer at best, and this course was just the kind of low country "resort style" course I hoped for when I booked it. It winds through trees and along and over waterways, and I think it's visually very appealing. Make no mistake, it is not an easy course, especially the back nine which ramps up the difficulty considerably with more water and some tight fairways. But I never felt overwhelmed by the difficulty. Amazing experience. Great golf course. Plays very fair, greens rolled great. Bill, who runs the cart barn, saved me from an existential crisis with my keys! Great people. Thanks Bill!
Challenging but fun - the alligators will get some of your balls but overall an enjoyable course to play. I loved the hills on the fairways and I used my 3 hybrid instead of my driver due to some tight spaces. Hole 18 was a blast.
Positives first. Course has a nice layout with a mixture of very challenging holes and some easier ones if you hit the ball straight. Bunkers are in decent shape with even layers of sand. The rest of the story. Staff is not helpful nor customer friendly. When we paid, they did not mention irrigation install status until we asked. I got talked into playing this course in Palmetto Dunes by Dave in the pro shop, and I couldn't thank him enough after completing my round. In addition to huge gators, the course provides beautiful holes and tough greens. I definitely intend to play it on future visits.
2 hot dogs and a power aid drink cost 23.00 At the turn,bun was old and the person working apologized for the price,Staff unfriendly, things must of been really good for them during Covid and the made there money because they didn't care now for business
