Upscale quality restaurant. Service is handled impeccably by a staff that makes you glad to be there. Food is of highest quality and Arthur's never disappoints.
We had a relaxing evening at Arthur's, celebrating our sons birthday. The food was excellent, the service good, friendly and helpful. We've been there before and will go back again for sure.
The setting was very nice and the room quiet enough to hold a business meeting conversation. The waiter was attentive but the food was not remarkable. My steaks was cooked perfectly but the quality of the meat was not exceptional. Wine was not served at proper temperature. Pinot noirs still need cooling.
My family was in town to celebrate my sister's birthday and my pregnancy. My mother is handicapped and my dad is deaf so going out to fine dining establishments can be stressful. But your staff was incredibly nice to all of us, taking care to make sure my mom was seated comfortably and even bringing out a flash light so my parents could better read the menu (which is very helpful as my dad relies on his eyesight). This place is a real nice fine dining eatery. Reminds me of old school steakhouse. The bar area was full too. Live music and high marks for the food.
Every time we visit Arthur's the food and service are great. Their fillet and lobster tail dinner for $49 is a bargain and it comes with a salad and dessert. Our waiter was very personable and knowledgeable.

We did find it a bit loud this time, so next time we will probably ask for one of their private booths.
My date and I enjoyed an elegant dining experience in this romantic restaurant...They even have booths with velvet drapes that can be closed for those wishing an ultra romantic evening!! The food was fantastic and our waiter was awesome. We then drifted over to the bar area, where we enjoyed a nice evening of dancing to a live band "RazzMaTazz" !!
