The food was delicious and the wait staff was premium. I couldn't have asked for better because it just doesn't get better.
We enjoyed the old fashion dark wood décor, with the unhurried service, the ability to have a conversation without screaming, and French continental style cuisine. My husband had the special of steak and lobster that including soup and dessert that was very well priced. I had the Dover sole that was delicious along with my favorite Arthur's salad. Reminds me of the supper clubs my father belonged to many years ago, that were for special occasions only.
Seated on arrival. Helped seated the older couple. The waiter made great suggestion for dinner.Suggested two people sharing each others soup and salad. Food was served promptly and with care. All of the food was prepared as ordered. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!
Impeccable service with great attention to detail with an unforgetable entire experience from accommodating us when we had one extra guest to being a few minutes late for our reservation to seating us in the bar afterwards to the very special birthday wishes for my sister and mother.
Filet and Ribeye were very tender and flavorful. My favorite steakhouse in the Dallas area.
The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is fantastic, and it's so much for fun than your typical steak place. You feel like you're transplanted back in time. My steak is one of the best I have ever had!
Went for my birthday dinner and it was awesome. They had a set surf and turf entree which I got and it was really good. Tender filet and good size lobster tail. My husband got the stuffed salmon which was also very good. Good atmosphere for a romantic night. Will be going back.
I have been an Arthur's fan for decades. On this visit we were celebrating my Mother's 86th birthday. Everyone made her feel so special. It was a perfect evening in all respects. Excellent food, service, atmosphere, music. I highly recommend Arthur's!!
It is a great restaurant but our one issue with it has to do with lighting. It is almost too dark to comfortably read the menu and see our food. The wait staff had to give us small pen lights to be able to read / see. Because they carry such devices tells us and should tell Arthur's that it is too dark for comfort. We think the lights could be turned up a modest degree for visual comfort while still maintaining the desired atmosphere.
