New Year's Eve dinner. Incredible food.... a bit loud with the bar and band, but to be expected on New Year's Eve..........
Upon arriving, we found out our reservation was never received by the restaurant. They didn't panic, asked us to sit in the bar and they would get us when they were ready. We only waited about 30 minutes, and they happily seated us. We never felt rushed either. We went on Christmas Eve, so they had a preset menu. The menu was exceptional! I have enjoyed Arthur's in the past and would enjoy going there Christmas Eve. I made a reservation, but when I got there and told them my dining partner wasn't able to come - they said I could air in the bar area - after a short wait of them hustling around. There were some comfortable tables and the server was nice - but it was smokey and not what I was planning for Christmas Eve. Even though it was a holiday and they were busy - I had still made a reservation and they didn't honor it.
First time at Arthur'so and really had a good time. The food was awesome as was the winelist. Looking forward to eating there again!
The surf and turf, a nice filet with a big lobster tail was absolutely perfect. The special came with a salad, potatoes, asparagus and awesome deserts. The wine list is incredible and the wait staff friendly and attentive. The décor is superb and comfortable. A great time last 2 times in. Will be back often!!!
A very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Although we were a little early for our reservation, we were still shown immediately to our table. Our server was great, both professional and personable. We were first timers in a restaurant that obviously contained many regulars, but were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was great: standouts include the Champagne Brie soup, the Crab Cakes, and the Lamb Shank. We will definitely return.
From our greeting at the front door to a perfect table [ table 80 ] and helpful waiter [Marty] the evening was a success. Excellent menu; very well priced - not overpriced but reasonable; never rushed and always ready for the next course. Correctly prepared steak; their tartare as a first course was wonderful; as was the crab cake. Crab, not fillers. Highly recommended; will be returning often.
We had a late arrival at our table of 4 and the servers managed to 'catch up' the food order to keep all of us dining together. That is difficult to manage and the restaurant was full. Food was very good.
