He was always helping us thru the whole process along with Mrs. preseyla and always returning calls or explaining as many times necessary for us to understand and in our language we give him a 100!!!
The response time and curtesy and patience with us when we had so many questions.
Arturo answered every one of my questions if they needed to be answered multiple times. He was always responsive and was very helpful when it came to setting my home insurance.
Overall, the home loan experience was very informative and highly influential in my family's decision making in purchasing a home. The persons who assisted us here were very cordial, friendly, and accommodating to our every question and needs. Wouldn't have wanted the home buying process to go any other way. The loan personnel that assisted us were awesome!
Building/buying a home is a huge nervous step someone or a couple takes. From our first contact with our sales representative ( Darryl Walker), there was just an instant ease of mind when merely discussing the possibility of building with KB. He took the time to talk about the company and its long standing with Community Development and its history of providing a great quality home for it's customer. Once he was done, my wife and I were sold/hooked and immediately started the process.
Mr. Fuentes was very professional and courteous and most of all had great customer service skills. He always answered my question in a timely manner and was very good at explaining the steps through the home buying process. I would recommend him to anyone I know trying to buy a home.
