Building/buying a home is a huge nervous step someone or a couple takes. From our first contact with our sales representative ( Darryl Walker), there was just an instant ease of mind when merely discussing the possibility of building with KB. He took the time to talk about the company and its long standing with Community Development and its history of providing a great quality home for it's customer. Once he was done, my wife and I were sold/hooked and immediately started the process.
