Communication and explanation of things I didn’t understand. It was also a timely response to my questions.
Art always communicated with me and when I was looking at other companies for the home loan he didn't do what everyone else did and bash the other companies, he was professional and only said one time that if I would like to see if KB could match the numbers then he will try, I gave it a shot and he was able to get me everything I wanted. I really enjoyed working with Art throughout the loan process.
