Arturo was always answering my texts or phone calls (even on his days off!). He was VERY knowledgeable on our loan and on financing. He took the time to explain everything to me (first time homeowner). He has patience and willingness to help. I’m very happy and grateful that we got Art as our loan officer.

My experience with Art was not the great but probably it was more lending Managers than himself. Art was kind howeve For almost the whole month of November I was waiting for answers from leanding, if they would match interest rate from another bank, if they would take responsability for loosing paperwork and delaying my file during loosing 2 loan officer on me. Until Mr. Mathias got involved, nothing got solved. However I thing all that was above Art and I’m not sure if he could do anything.

Arturo was always helpful when I head questions and responded very quickly. He also answered all my questions as we went through the whole process. He made the loan process very smooth.
