Showed up immediately and fixed the leak related to the blower pipe on my roof. Low price and fixed the issue. Easy to work with.
They were great. He saved me from a nervous breakdown! Antonio Santander described in detail how he was going to fix the problem that was causing the roof to leak. He took pictures of every action that was taken as he fixed the roof. I had a complete porfollio to send to the Insurance company. Antonio was responsive and quickly called me upon receiving notification from ServiceMagic. The crew was able to come out to do some emergency work the same day. They seemed to do good work; they cleaned up after themselves and left no nails of the ground.
Antonio was extremely helpful over the phone. He was able to quickly come to my home, make an accurate assessment and fix the problem with the roof within an hour. Since it was a relatively minor issue, he did not overcharge me. Excellent person to know - reliable, competent, and reasonable to boot.
Antonio found two very tiny punctures in our flat membrane roof that were causing serious water damage. Today we had torrential rains, and he called to see if the problem was solved. We stayed perfectly dry! Three others had searched for some hole or crack, and saw none. He really knows membrane roofs. Also, we appreciated that he inspected the rest of our roof while he was here, took photographs to show us his findings, and replaced some calking. We will call him whenever we have roof issues again.
ASA Roofing is outstanding. The owner, Antonio, is a true craftsman. He does excellent work, in various types of house care, and I would trust him to be able to do anything he says he can do. He is courteous, reliable, has good communication skills. Antonio did a project for me, and did more than I could have expected, and at a reasonable price.
