The called one hour after I submitted my request and came out that morning. They found missing shingles and an issue with how the ventilators were installed. Gave me a quote and fixed the problem the very next day
He did not do the work as promised.
After I contracted to do the work, they indicated I would get an email notifying me of when the work would be scheduled. 3 days later I called to ask when was the work to be scheduled, they informaed me that the work had been completed during the day 2 days before. I asked for photo verification, they sent a photo that showed very cheap, unsatisfactory work. Shingles did not match, it looked ragged on the edges, and they did not reinstall my gutter screesn. Customer service was terrible - hard to get a hold of, roofer arrived 1 1/2 hrs later than was told for estimate, didn't get back to me on timing of when the repair would actually happen, etc.. But roofer knew what he was doing, so didn't have an issue with the quality of the work.

With the appointment time being 5PM, we did arrive late at 6:15PM due to 495 rush hour traffic. We do our best to arrive on time to all appointments, but unfortunately with the rush hour traffic of Northern VA there is little we can do. I did not have the best experience with ASA roofing. It was nice that they came out quick to give me estimate , but I was disappointed with the work. I felt like they were trying to take short cut and not fix everything proposed, even though I was charged for the work. I don't know if there was a miscommunication as they claimed, but I would not trust them to do another job for me.
