Lack of communication, nobody picked up phone, messages not returned, frustrating not knowing what is happening and when, missed scheduled date for project.
Did not address concerns for leaking. This has been awful. It has been raining and the brick inside of home is leaking constantly.

They were late for the initial appointment. They were supposed to come at 9 a.m. but showed up at 3 p.m., as they forgot about the appointment. Same thing happened on the day they were supposed to start the project. Also when they inspected the roof they gave me a quote for the repair of $650, but they never sent me photographs of the damage. Once I took pictures of the already inspected by the company areas and emailed them to add it to my order, so as to be on the same page, they sent me an updated quote of $1,875. Also th... read more

They replaced a vent on my roof I supplied the vent. Told me on the phone it was a minimum job $250.00. After they did the job told my wife it was $325.00
We got a quote from Antonio for gutter cleaning and fixing on roof. When the worker came they said they don't know what they have to do. So they called him to check, he said he doesn't have the notes so he can come again to give an estimate even the price he told was not accepted by the workers. We told them to clean the gutters and be done with it. We paid a lot for just the cleaning and they did horrible job. Let all the leaves around and gutters we're not cleaned.
