We have been having issues with one of the toilets, the flapper part has been replaced but we had to call twice to get it looked at because it wasn’t letting the tank fill with water. I had to call again about this issue and they sent Jerry out. He literally walked in and already knew what the problem was and fixed it within 5 min. He finally fixed the problem we have been having for months. Thanks Jerry.
