RecommendedEvery time we need assistance with any problem at our home Ascend gets right on it. I wish I remembered his name but Jerry Zaragoza and his partner have come to my house three times recently to correct a water leak and damaged shower handle and every time they were great! Very pleasant and nice and helpful. Always fix the issue quickly and professionally. Thanks again guys
Came home to my ceiling leaking the other day and called ascends emergency number and Ashley was great called right back and sent out Jerry and Willam the maintenance technicians they got here really quick with a great attitudes and fixed the roof leak in the rain and after hours , I’m greatly appreciative for this team if I could give more then 5 stars I would way to go Ashley ,Jerry,and william
Jerry, our maintenance lead, was awesome. Multiple issues with our new rental fixed in one session. From new faucets, toilet fixes, appliances and door knobs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We’re very happy with the quick response to our maintenance requests. Thank you Jerry!
