Our story with Ascend is one of a kind. Fell in love with a house, and our process was slower than the owner of the house preferred. It was given to another potential tenant, and we were heart broken! Our leasing agent, Apryl had called me a few days later to tell us the tenant backed out, and would we like the house still!! Yesterday afternoon my shower valve stopped working...therefore, no shower!!! I emailed Ascend and they came out first thing this morning. Jerry Zaragoza and William Crespo did an Outstanding job and provided exceptional service. They sure know the meaning and value of Customer Service!!! Thank you both.
