We got roped into a presentation in Orlando on October 31, 2024, that was supposed to be promoting a vacation package with Ascendant Holidays, and after freezing in the presentation and staying there all day, we finally gave in to their urging us to buy their vacation package for $14,000. Excellent services and treatment
Updating my payment was easy and very little wait time.
We were sent by a radio ad. We were offered a lot of free gifyts. Everytime we try to use the gifts, we have to pay a lot of money extra. We ended up scammed in a timeshare, when we were asure that there were not a time share. Their sales people have a great ability to confuse and change the words, so they offere you the best. I have tried several times to do resevations. Every single time, there is not availability on the hotels or htey end up costing higher than expedia or other websites. Liars! Not one word of the phone sales pitch was accurate. YES, you have to sit through a presentation. YES, it takes 2 hours, not 60-90 minutes like we were told repeatedly. YES, it's a high pressure sales environment. YES, they make you give a credit card and license immediately. YES, it's a scam.
