I have had the pleasure of using this program for a couple of years. It has been an easy process. The last trip I took using the service was to Las Vegas in August of 2022. I had a great time and the resort was in the perfect location. I have had exceptional assistance with booking. The representatives have been most helpful, friendly and patient. On 12/29/2022 I purchased a Ascendant Holiday vacation package and I am so happy. My concierge was able to put my vacation package together and my wife and I didn't have to worry. The concierge "Juan Minyetty" is very polite and professional to all our needs. Thank you Jose A. Morales
