I purchased a vacation club membership from Ascendant Holidays on 05/19/24 and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. The vacation opportunities provided were not as promised and ended up costing much more than initially communicated. Additional fees to book resorts were significantly higher than expected. Excellent services and treatment
Updating my payment was easy and very little wait time.
We were sent by a radio ad. We were offered a lot of free gifyts. Everytime we try to use the gifts, we have to pay a lot of money extra. We ended up scammed in a timeshare, when we were asure that there were not a time share. Their sales people have a great ability to confuse and change the words, so they offere you the best. I have tried several times to do resevations. Every single time, there is not availability on the hotels or htey end up costing higher than expedia or other websites. Warning!!! Ascendant Holidays is a scam this company has hundreds of claims filed against them in the Better Business Bureau for misleading customers. Please do your research before it’s too late. They qualified us for 18,000 then, use two credit cards to pay a $10,000 deposit down which maxed out the credit card limit. This drop our credit score from 8 to 658 rate.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If you want to be in debt for thousands of dollars and have a ton of maxed out credit cards, then be my guest. I would recommend never signing up for their membership. Check out the Federal Business Bureau for more information. They are 100% false advertising! they do not have MILLIONS of users, they do not have affiliate partnerships with the companies they claim . Do not waste your time or money.
