Awesome. Vicky is absolutely the finest loan officer there is.

The teller was wonderful. Helped me at the drive thru when I was unable to go in the building because of my breathing problem.
Anytime there has been a problem to be solved,. Someone at Ascentra has been able to help.
Had some issues with transferring documents, loan officer said that they were blurry even though they were digital copies and in a PDF format. Wanted us to resend multiple time until I wanted an in person meeting, then they became acceptable.
this is my all time favorite bank and they always help me very quickly and are always polite. Thank you very much!
