Had some issues with transferring documents, loan officer said that they were blurry even though they were digital copies and in a PDF format. Wanted us to resend multiple time until I wanted an in person meeting, then they became acceptable.
this is my all time favorite bank and they always help me very quickly and are always polite. Thank you very much!
