The staff is amazing and provides great customer service. They're very patient and helpful and you don't feel pressured to make an immediate buy. They also work within your budget. I went to a few other jewelers when i was looking for an engagement ring and was chased off each time either by unfriendly service or hidden fees and charges. Ashcroft & Oak is upfront and honest.
