This is the best jewelry store around and you absolutely must stop by and see their gorgeous selection. Not to mention the lifetime protection plan is literally a lifesaver or at least a Wallet saver.

Megan and the staff were the most amazing people I ever met, they were so helpful and very kind and companionate to all that walk into the store. I did not buy anything but they were very great sales people and I will definitely be coming back to buy some jewelry! I definitely recommend this place, the customer service is just immaculate:)

Jeff the District Manager, Michelle Payne, and Scott (Jewelry Designer) were absolutely AMAZING to work with. The ring I chose was too high for my budget. They were so patient and helpful; and sincerely wanted to give me the ring that I wanted. I did not feel pressured at all, just people who loved what they did for a living and wanted to make me happy. Great service, good quality merchandise! Multiple options for Movado watches. I have been looking for the perfect inexpensive movado for months and Ashcroft was able to sell me one for a GREAT price. After traveling all the way from NY I am happy with my purchase!

We were looking for a very specific piece of jewelry. After going to five different jewelry stores, we were able to find what we were looking for here. They did not have it in stock but we found it in their catalog and they were able to order it for us. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Walked in just looking around. Looking for some pretty earrings. Not too pricy but well made. So Byron asked what I was looking for. And he show me some very pretty ones. I was about to leave. The prices was way over what I was thinking of purchasing. But Byron with his patients and wonderful Sense of humor show me my price range! Got me a 20% discount as well. Thank you so much. Every time we go here the customer service is amazing. We needed to replace my wedding band but it was so difficult to find something that would go well with the design of my engagement ring. Erin took one look and said "I think we have one" and she was right. We dragged our feet on the actual purchase for a year but when we went back, they located the ring for us - only 3 left in their system! - and processed the order quickly. Thanks Joe for wrapping up this process for us!
