We dropped off my ring about two weeks ago to be resized. The associate told us it would only be about two weeks for it to come back. My husband received a voicemail saying that it would actually be 4-6 weeks because they should of sent it to the home office instead of the local office because of the warranty. After calling and calling to talk to some one because they were busy I was finally able to talk to the store manager. The store manager was great! We frequent this place and it's simply amazing. And the people are so nice and more importantly, knowledgeable. Sloan is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this establishment

My fiancé and I had the best experience at this store. The staff are friendly and very helpful! The store manager Sloan went above and beyond to take care of us. I love my custom ring and got a great engagement watch for my fiancé.

Went by the St Matthews mall location to make a payment on our wedding rings. We hope to pay it off and we're able to however that interested really brought up how much we were originally paying so we wanted to get the account paid off and closed ASAP. Erin was the sales associate that helped us. She was very personable, approachable, friendly, and efficient! The whole process was fairly quick! This was perfect for us because we had other errands to run!

My experience with Ashcroft and Oak spans a little over 8 years, when my husband bought my engagement ring from them in Mall St Matthews the first week they were open. First of all, my ring is beautiful. I had been shopping for months, and when i saw it there was no doubt it was the one i wanted. I get compliments all the time. Couldn't be happier with the ring. I always shop around before I make any purchase, so went to almost every jewelry store that day in and around the mall. The difference between this store and any other store is, and that's the reason I made my purchase, that I got a true opinion from what I was looking for and the selection they offered, not "looks awesome" on everything I was looking at. My husband bought my engagement ring here almost 3 years ago. I decided I wanted it modified so we took it back with a loose pear shaped diamond that we had gotten elsewhere and asked them if the center stone could be replaced with the diamond. The associate told us that we had to make an appointment with the jeweler. My fiancé bought my ring there in 2020. A beautiful engagement ring that fits into a wrap band as the wedding band. The engagement ring has always been a little big especially after I lost some weight. I decided to get the band resized so that it wouldn't fall off anymore.
