I only give this one star because I have to otherwise it would be 0 stars.....any way bought a gold chain here and they led me to believe I was getting a deal on a premium rope change (bull crap) I asked for the appraisal letter and they said they didn't have it.....so my wife went to Shane co to get it appraised only to find out there was no value in the chain at all these type of chains only have 41.6% of gold sprayed on to the stainless steel chain which pretty much worth nothing ....So long story short don't buy anything... read more
One of the ladies there just did not listen to me AT ALL. I would tell her what I liked and she would show me the exact opposite. I have an engagement ring from another store, but they carry that brand so I thought I would go see if they had wedding bands to match. the lady tried to get me to wear mens bands twice before I shut that down and then she proceeded to scratch my ring by placing it into a bridal set it didn't fit in.
