The staff is friendly, the community is clean, and the food has been good. Recently the quality of meals have declined a bit due to a Covid scare. Residents had to quarantine in their rooms and the dining room was closed. Meals were being delivered to their rooms during that time, we're expecting that to end soon though. The chef has been there for 15 years, so he must be pretty good. My loved one also likes all the meals. My wife wants to move into this community. The staff are really nice with us and our loved one. They have activities like singers that come in for entertainment. They also have church services, ice cream socials and more for the residents to stay busy and active.
I had a very nice tour at The Clairmont. I thought they were very informative, and it seemed like a very nice place.
We love the Clairmont. They have gone out of their way to help my mom. It feels warm and fuzzy and the residents and staff have all been super friendly. The food is amazing, the menu always looks awesome. I think it is the best place especially for the value. I would highly recommend to others looking.
This community was independent living only. We saw a lot of residents coming and going, which is great for socialization, but if your loved one up and leaves, who knows what could happen. The staff we met were great, but the building was really old and outdated. They had done the best they could to keep up with the times, but it just didn't impress us that much as far as aesthetics. My experience has been very good so far, the cleanliness of the community is excellent and the staff members are very friendly. I am very pleased with the meals they provided, and they do offer a good amount of activities. I am very happy here.
I have already referred several people. The community is a great place to live. They are really making with activities like hallway bingo and social distance exercise. The food is good, and they get plenty of it. I would like to see more protein for breakfast.
We chose The Clairmont because of the convenience to her other home, she knew the neighborhood well. The room sizes here are decent sized. I did eat here and the food was alright, they do have a chef on site that prepares meals. The best part about the community was the friendliness of the residents and the staff. They were always checking in on my mom if she didn't make it to meals. I would recommend.
