I made 3 visits to your Courtenay store before I actually ordered. I had searched your website online as well. I am a pretty nervous buyer because my previous experiences in other stores have been less than pleasant. I was treated very nicely by Wendy, who remembered me from other visits. She wasn't pushy, but made sure I had all the information I needed. When I got home, I looked up my furniture online again and noticed only one review which was unfavourable. I have had excellent customer service from Ashley's from first walking into the store, from selecting my items, to ordering , to dellivery, and set up of the furniture in my home as well as follow up. My initial visit resulted in a large number of purchases. and of course excellent service. I have since returned two more times for additional purchases and recieved the same excellent service. The owner of this store is a real jem.
