There is nothing you could do to improve our next visit with you. I liked Jazz's manner of ascertaining our needs and tastes. No pressure, a pleasant walk through of our choices until we arrived at the item and decision that was right for us. Delivery of our sofa bed couldn't have been done with more care. A large, heavy, unwieldy item going into a small hallway and door .......could have been disaster. Not with Rick and Mike carefully easing it around all the corners. Your delivery team took what it took in a bit of a challenge to place our furniture in this old farm house. I my self would of shown a bit of frustration I'm sure at times, but these two took it all in stride , never a unpleasant moment. Great attitudes: personable/ polite/ and carried them selves as professionals . I'll be back I'm sure and will tell others . It has been a pleasure to write this letter. Bruce Armstrong. 👍
My experience was excellent. Dennis (sales person) took time to describe and explain the benefits of a Tempur-pedic mattress. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the product. With patience he answered all of my questions. It was done with ease and delicateness and I never felt any pressure to buy. In the end I was convince that It was the best mattress for my comfort and wellness. I felt his honesty and I trusted him and that was very important to me.
