Bertha is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is personable and accommodating. My wife and kids love her to death. Jazz was also excellent to deal with and puts the customer first in all cases. We've been back twice now for major purchases and I'm sure will be back for more.

Purchased entire household of furniture from Ashley's. Jazz was so helpful he even visited my home before the final purchase to see if I made the right choices. The delivery team was awesome as well. The furniture is quality and the service was awesome...5 stars for sure!

My son and his girlfriend purchased a couch approximately two years ago, they also purchased the extended warranty which was advised by there sales person then with in the first year the seems started coming apart, they went back to the store but were told nothing could be done because there were several seems that came apart and they should not have waited apparently the claims must be done one at a time!
