Worst service I’ve ever received. I bought a table it was defective. Took them 3 months to have it replaced then the replacement came in and it had different issues. I emailed back and forth they told me they would speak to manager. Never heard from them again and they won’t return my emails. Never buying anything again from them and I really hope people learn from my mistakes and stay away. I may seek legal action!
Hello, I ordered a table from Ashley Furniture and it arrives with a corner crushed and two chairs not assembled correctly. Fine, it happens. They order a new set that gets in weeks later (as expected). I was told I would get it this past Friday. I waited at work and no one called. I called Saturday and was told that they weren't told the delivery wasn't made. I was told first thing Monday (yesterday) the table would be delivered.
