The store has a wide selection of furniture for every budget. On line there is a service rep to help. It’s an easy shopping experience all around .

Most of their stuff was not our taste or way too pricy, but in the end we did manage to find a good deal on something we liked. So the long term quality of the item remains to be seen, but we are optimistic that it will hold up well. It seemed better quality than most of their items. Staff was good, gave us space but remained avaliable for questions. So not pushy or too distant and unavaliable. Just the right combo for our needs.

Ali our Salesman was extremely helpful and very friendly. Management as well were exceptionally easy to deal with. Overall very pleased with everything. Five stars because they earned it!

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. It's been 6 weeks and 4 separate cancelations. I've paid for the furniture and they have yet to deliver it! I was told it was in stock yet NOTHING. I have made 4 appointments and each time they canceled! Never again will I purchase from this company or their parent company *********

Furniture was originally purchased at this store. The warranty process to get parts replaced has been nothing short of infuriating. Between phone calls that get referred to live chat and vice versa, it has been MONTHS to come to a resolution and we still have not come to one. The furniture is in very well used condition and we are well within our rights to use the warranty that was offered and paid for. Purchased Larce couch Feb 10th, 2025. I got it at the beginning of March. The April chaise lounge was sunk in after 1 month. A representative came out and changed cushions on all pieces. They said if the 5-year warranty is not taken, lesser cushions are given instead of the high-density cushion. I had a couch for 10 years, gave it to my son as it was still in great shape and he needed a couch. It was a couch from *** ******still in better shape than this couch.
