The store has a wide selection of furniture for every budget. On line there is a service rep to help. It’s an easy shopping experience all around .

Most of their stuff was not our taste or way too pricy, but in the end we did manage to find a good deal on something we liked. So the long term quality of the item remains to be seen, but we are optimistic that it will hold up well. It seemed better quality than most of their items. Staff was good, gave us space but remained avaliable for questions. So not pushy or too distant and unavaliable. Just the right combo for our needs.

On Sept 25/25 our power-reclining sofa that we purchased from Ashley was delivered damaged. After several phone calls, photos and videos a technician was finally sent out on Oct 17. The technician determined that the recliner mechanism was bent and ordered a part. On Oct 31 a new technician was sent only to discover that the wrong part had been sent. We purchased our furniture set back in August 2025. It’s been only a month that we’ve had our new furnitures but they already look like we’ve had them for years despite the fact that we have no kids or pets. The quality is so poor that second hand furniture shops are superior comparing to these. I called the store two weeks after receiving them to see if possible to exchange them for another set. Purchased a leather sofa. It came damaged. They sent out 3 more all damaged. Now they say they wont send anymore even though they have proper ones available.
