The customer service are rude. They don’t want to help you. Argumentative. They ****** my elder Dad off and now they won’t fix the problem. We bought a sofa bed from them and within a month the frame was bending on the left side causing the bed to sink in (for reference, I weigh 190 pounds). We kept calling their "automated text services" to finally get someone to get out here to either fix it or replace it. Finally they ask us to take a picture of the damage component so they can order it. I purchased a table which was damaged due to the delivery people scratching the table on the street. I called and filed a complaint. Ashley Furniture ****** refused to send a new table. They wanted to touch up the table. I did not pay for a scratch and sent item. I have called many times and the issue has never been resolved from November 2023.

Ashley Furniture does not stand behind its products and has the worst customer service *********** First of all, they do not do exchanges on defective merchandise and all complaints must be done through the customer service department. The service representative (one in particular) was not very helpful or professional when we wanted to know the process to get the situation rectified. Purchased a sectional. Was told their "best seller" and if I ordered it today (March 24) that system was showing delivery would be mid May. I have gotten many rescheduled delivery texts, but when I try to schedule it, I am told that some of my sectional isn't all there. One call said it was 2 of 3 pieces in the warehouse and they were just waiting on the 3rd item to come in. Bought a bed frame from their ********* store ** ******** ***arrived broken with large gaps in the headboard. Called the store and they sent someone out to "Repair" the damage, they ended up over tightening the screws in the headboard and it messed up the MDF ** ***** ********* ** ********* ******* ******* **** *********Now we have been left with this for years without any resolution from Ashley Furniture. ***** *** ******** **** **** ******* **they do not stand by the quality of their products.

I bough I unit of bed on 2021 with warranty plan and after 1 months usage it got broken from slats and legs and it took 8 months Ashley guest care to order the parts and fixed , and since 2021 it is keep breaking from same spot like almost 6 times , each time it is taking 1 to three months to fix it and right now the bed is broken too and I wait more then 1 month to received the parts and since 2 month I am waiting for somebody to come and fixed from guest care , I Called guest care supervisor Team so many times and try to e... read more
