Richard was our salesman. He was great to us at the store. We loved him. He gave us a heads up that it would be about 2-3 weeks before we get it because of shipping issues regarding the pandemic. Completely understandable. We were okay with that. About 2 months later and out $2,000 we finally got our stuff. The movers and the quality of furniture were/are great!
