We've purchased our couch, ottoman, and now a new mattress set from this store. We e had excellent service every time we go in (which is slot before we actually commit to buying, ha ha!). If you are looking for a mattress, I'd recommend this place. Talk to Adam. He's super patient at explaining the differences between everything, and understands this is an investment that takes time. Such an amazing beautiful show room with a huge selection of gorgeous furniture! Staff is amazing, helpful and super quick with the service!! My family and I had an awesome experience at this location shopping for some new furniture for our home. I highly recommend this place for some quality furniture. PROs: The salesman "Sean" was outstanding. My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he showed us the entire inventory quickly and efficiently. Definitely the best Ashley's on island. The selection here is way better. They always have a ton of people working, which can be irritating at times, especially if you just want to walk around and not be bothered. Nevertheless, we were helped by Evelyn who did a great job in taking care of us.

Went to Ashley Furniture in Kapolei and bought a furniture set and a twin size bed and twin/full bunk. John was very helpful and friendly and got us the best deals possible. Will be back to buy our furniture for our new house here!
