Overall the store is nice, I would just suggest the Honolulu locations. My husband and I went to the Kapolei location Friday , and we're assisted by Priscilla. We were concerned about when delivery was and she said it was a 50/50 for Saturday but if not, then 100% Sunday. We informed her we'd be back in the morning cause we had two options we wanted to weigh and we were confirmed that Sunday would be the 100% shipping by then. Bought a coffee table here two days ago in Kapolei Ashley Furniture. As the loader was loading the glass piece on the back of my truck, the corner of the glass hit my left tail light and cracked it. The truck is barely 5 months old. The loader apologized and he admitted that he was not paying attention. The manager came out and took pictures and started the claim process. Came here tonight to look for a two seat sofa for me and my wife. We entered and within seconds this lady started following us. It was uncomfortable that she was following us everywhere, but also the fact that we told her what we wanted and she was no help. She kept following us and pointing at the $3000 sofas, when we told her that there was a budget we wanted to stay within. I always buy my furniture here. Got a coupon for $200 off after you spend $1599. After spending $2020, I didn't see the discount. I ask the Sales person why?!? The answer back was "oh that's only for Ashley furniture which how would anyone know that. It's not stated on coupon "only Ashley furniture. So that's why only one star. Next time, talk to your ad guys to state it on coupon.
Very disappointed in this place. I had a bought a floor model of a sleep number bed and they said it was free delivery. they deliver it to my house without the remote . That delivers then tell me that I will have the remote by the end of the night and someone will be there to show me how to set it up .then I get a phone call in 10-15 minutes with the details.I have to call them two hours later because they did not call me like they were supposed to .then expect me to go and pick it up once I pick it up . Never come here!!! Date visited 12/4/16 - I just went with my cousin and her husband to go and help pick out some furniture for their house that they are renovating. We walk in and no one was around to help. We went looking around seeing if anything caught our eye and not one salesman walked up to us to see if we needed help. They would just walk right pass us.
