It took me a couple of years and several trips to different furniture stores to decide on a sectional when I moved to the west side. When I finally decided on one, I took advantage of the July 4th sales to purchase that and a coffee table. Bad delivery and communication and took forever to set up. The damn thing anyway wasn't that hard to set up oh and when I mean by communication and delivery is they brought the wrong things twice oh, and forgot my dresser and another item. I'm waiting on. Still didn't bring it
Definitely no stars probably would even give this store a negative 5 star. Went in looking to make a stop shop for my living room/kitchen needs and walked in with a greet but nothing more. After making my rounds not one salesperson approached me but the same guy that greeted us was the person I approached and asked him if he could assist me being that he knows their products and didn't want to waste my time being in the store the whole day. Customer service is good but the delivery time is horrible. We bought a piece in early June with an ETA of August. We called late August to check on the status and the ETA changed to September. Called again mid September, and now the ETA is October. Are we ever going to get our order?
The customer service is the worst. Feels like a used car lot - with the same overpriced inventory. Don't get me wrong I still bought all my furniture there. There are some really nice pieces. I still recommend trying to find something here just because there's no other option. But I truly wish there was. The furniture selection isn't the reason for this bad review- it's the way I felt treated. I need an hour of therapy now. Thanks a lot Ashley

I don't intend to ever set foot in an Ashley/Home World store on Oahu. I contacted their customer service and requested a part # for my power recliner. I had to get extremely mad (which is very rare for me) before I received any acceptable help! Their protocols are ridiculous and very frustrating. I was finally told I would receive an email with the part number, which after 3 days, I still don't have!

Guess I'm on my way to salt lake after I was told that I could pick up my furniture when it arrived in Kapolei but nope pay the remaining balance at Kapolei then go to salt lake to pick up Inconvenience I tell you guys
Ok so now i can't get my furniture cause No one is available..... is no one online? We paid over $20,000 in new furniture for our home and still need 4 bedroom sets, our remodeling on our house is going amazing and we would love to get our furniture soon. Originally we were told for our leather couch sets that it would be up to 8 weeks but two weeks ago the invoice said 3-4 months... this is BULLSHYT i would think someone would reach out to offer some assistance, is there no managers on line? Ordered new couches back in September and was told they would arrive in November then was told December and now told not until January! They gave no solution on why it was taking so long all they told me is that they didn't t put in the order so pretty much too bad. If your spending thousands of dollars it would be nice to get reason for the delay and if I knew it would take so long to get I would've ordered else where. I don't recommend this place it's probably best to take your business elsewhere
