We had a great experience at ashley furniture. Billy was very helpful and even got us some freebies from the mattress company! Our order is ready to ship, just 4 days after purchasing! 👍

Sectional was delivered without legs for the wedge piece. Was told it would be 7-14 business days.

In store service was fine until at check out while discussing delivery’s information. I was thrilled the couch could be delivered on a Saturday since I work Monday-Friday. I was made aware some knew would contact me bf they have a 3 hour window for delivery. I was fine with that. Only request I had was to put a comment in the order to try to deliver any time except for a specific 3 hours. Camilla, the salesperson in Boardman Oh was wonderful in helping us purchase our new sofa. She was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful! In fact she may have helped us decide to purchase a bedroom set as well in the near future!
