We were issued a card with a $2000 limit, because we had not used it, they decreased our limit to $250 and we were unable to complete our purchase.

I went to get a mattress and use 60 month financing at 0%. Little did I know all the stipulations that are included with this financing. I explained early on what I wanted to do with financing and the salesperson never said anything about the rules associated with the special financing. They failed to deliver when promised. They didn't seem to want to work with me to make things right. Don't care who's mistake ,the company should be trying to make things right. Doesn't seem to be that way there.

(Boardman Ohio store). We were told the financing through Wells Fargo was not a credit card, but our sales person Donna Barrett said they would send us a Ashley store home card. I had asked why would they send me a card, if this financing process is not for a credit card. I had specifically asked, “is this a credit card” and she told me no.
