Mr. Ashpaugh missed our first appointment for the estimate, but apologized and quickly rescheduled at our convenience. He took notes and offered suggestions for what we wanted done. Offered a quick and reasonable estimate for the work. The electrician was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The line he ran for the outdoor receptacle required him to remove and replace some pavers, and work around flower beds -- which he did so carefully that we could not tell the work had been done. I found the techs that came out to be professional. They were quite quiet, though. All in all, no complaints. They did the job I requested with little mess. I appreciated their assistance. We would definitely hire again.
Our experience was mixed. The company quickly responded to our phone call, gave us a reasonable estimate, and set up a day and time to do the work that was convenient and prompt. That was all very good, but the workers arrived at 7:30 a.m., as opposed to the agreed upon 8:00 a.m. After one of the fans had been installed, it made a loud clicking sound. Extremely happy with both the proposal stage and the work performed. The company did not try to sell me unnecessary services and most importantly, they tried to do what was best and most economical for me in the long-run. They actually came to look at my situation, assessed what was possible, and gave me realistic options. Another company recommended another circuit breaker before working on the additional outlet and they didn't even open the panel!!
