Excellent! It was a challenge to bring this cable line into the kitchen (don't you just love builders!), but it took much less time than I had anticipated. They even hooked up the TV to demonstrate that the cable worked! They explained that they would have had to drill through 4 walls to get a ''home run'' as they called it (a line directly from the basement where the cable comes into the house), so they suggested an alternative method which worked. Excellent.
They could not find the problem, so they replaced all of the smoke detectors. It turned out that it was my carbon monoxide detector which was going off. I was not dissatisfied at all because the new smoke detectors are much easier to replace batteries and of higher quality.
The technician came the first time, fixed something but the problem re-appeared a few hours later. Called the company and the original technician came back again and this time he found the problem. The second trip charge is waived and only charge for labor.
I was very pleased! I would without a doubt hire them again. I was please with the quick service/response to my phone call. They also, helped me with making some final decisions that I was confused about.

They were extremely courteous and professional. They wore coverings on their shoes to protect my carpets. I was at work and had someone at my home to let them in. They called me to ask questions which I appreciated. When I returned home, the outlets didn't work. I called immediately. The owner was very pleasant and told me that someone would be out first thing in the morning. They arrived and found that the splitter was defective. I would hire them again and again.
