My husband and I were taking some vacation time over the Christmas holiday and were surprised and pleased that Ashpaugh could send repairmen to our home 24 hours after our phone call. Shane and Eric were great; very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We appreciated their courtesy in covering their work boots or removing them when they came inside our home so as not to track in dirt. The job went very well, and the work was completed within 24 hours. The price was the lowest of three bids. The workers were courteous and efficient. Everything was completed as explained and agreed on.
They were competitive in price.
We felt silly because it turned out that we only needed the GFI reset, but the electrician and office staff were very courteous. It cost us $54 with the $20 Angie's List coupon, which is probably more reasonable than it would have been with another company.
The person was very polite, but they had to go out to get something. They were gone for 2 hours and charged me for that 2 hours. The work was very good and the person was very professional.
They spent several hours trying to isolate the problem which was very unique. They would not leave until they found the source due to the concerns over fire hazard and they did finally find the issue and correct it. They came to my home immediately the next day and on time. Very professional and very concerned that I too understood what was found and how it was repaired.
On time, efficient, final price was the estimate, would use again.
Ashbaugh Electric was great, as advertised! Dave came out to do the estimate, he followed up in a timely and professional manner. The two men who performed the work did a great job - showed up on time, completed the work without any extra holes in the ceiling - great in a 2- story house! They worked hard all day long, left me with a clean and beautifully lit kitchen. I can't say enough good things about Ashbaugh Electric!
Excellent! The electrician was on time, pleasant, professional and explained what he could do and couldn't do (repair the lights; they needed replaced and they didn't do speaker wiring). Our outdoor speakers were also destroyed.
