They have a great service. They are timely, professional, clean up well and are knowledgeable.
They were on time and did the check and repair efficiently.
The technician arrived as scheduled and began work. He did all the preliminary work and then made the necessary calls to IPL to get the power to the house turned off. Even though the project took most of the day he worked very efficiently and was courteous and did what he could to get the power back on asquickly as possible so that the house wouldn't get too cold. I needed to go over the inspection report to sell my house. I called Ashpaugh because they well very highly rated.
Their service was excellent in every respect. Their electrician - Wes - was on time, very professional, thorough and made several excellent suggestions. He was particularly diligent in trouble-shooting a problem that wasn't easy to solve, eventually finding some wiring that had been done improperly at the time our house was constructed.

These people are the best-- and I have seen the worst to compare them to. I have used the services of 11contractors in preparing a home to move into. The Ashpaugh staff was by far the most competent & responsive. I reccommend them with no reservation or words of caution. Their bids were always competitive, but even if they weren't-- consider the aggravation factor that you WON'T have by using them.
I've used them before and they always do a great job. Any kind of electric work I've needed done I've used and will continue to use them for in the future.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Brian(the owner) came out to give us the estimate. He is knowledgeable, concientious and considerate. He followed up personally on every aspect of the job- from the estimate, to the ordering of materials to the completion of the job. His electrician did an excellent job from start to finish.
