Courteous, responsive, knowledgeable. Had new software so the quote was delayed, but he let us know proactively that it would be late. Would consider them again in future. They lost our business on price only.

Ashpaugh and the service person were fantastic. The little jobs were quick, and very affordable. Much of the remainer of the work was shown to be unnecessary under our current electrical needs. The other motion lighting and work was also demonstrated as unnecessary by approaching it differently with our existing lighting and wiring using different switch. I was extremely pleased with Ashpaugh Electric. When I called to set up an appointment,they were willing to put me on their schedule for the very next day. I had a conflict, so they were very accomodating in working with a date & time that was convenient for me. On the scheduled date, the electrician arrived promptly. He was very efficient and courteous. He assembled both lighting fixtures, making sure that I had the opportunity to see them hanging at different lengthsbefore he actually installed them. Starting with the first phone call, the woman on the phone was welcoming, professional, positive and really wanted to get our needs met.They have a master electrician named Shane and he is real good. I have been very happy with them, the work they did and their professionalism. I have used them for a bigger job in the past and I trust them and will call them anytime I need electrical work. From start to finish I was happy.

Called for service and was told that a service person could come out that day and could be here within hour. Service person showed up on time and I explained the problem. Service person started checking and within a hour found the problem and corrected it. Service person was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, what he found and how that could cause the problem. <br />

OK. They did not call in advance & it does work., but seriously - $146 for ONE outlet? The work had been done, there was nothing I could do. This was even AFTER the $20 off coupon from Angie's list.
