They were able to send someone out the next day to give an estimate & perform the job. They were professional and accomplished the task quick. I think pricing might be a little to the high side but quality of work seems good.

My husband and I both had several conversations with Shane, and I had a few "administrative" questions with Ashpaugh directly. I found this company to be extremely professional, responsive, and punctual. My Mom said that when Shane was at her house, he was friendly, professional, and careful not to track dirt in on her floors, etc. <br /> <br /> All three of us couldn't be happier with this company. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone we know requiring electrical services.

Brad came out and explained what needed to be done. He fixed the telephone wiring problem then. Since we also needed to replace a fixture, he told us where we should find one to our liking and he would install it in a separate appointment. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional - exactly the sort of person one wants to work in and around one's house.
We like them very much. We have had them out several times. This is our new house and we have been having electrical problems. They came several times to trace the problems and fixed them. They were very efficient in explaining things. They did what they said they would do. They came on time. We were just very impressed with their helpfulness for us. We did not do much of a price comparison. However, we did have an estimate from someone else that was much, much higher and wanted to do a lot more than what was necessary.
