Good job, well done. The plumber, Mike Sloan, arrived in the time block that I was given. I was called 30 minutes before arrival and then because of special circumstances again at the time of arrival. Mike was courteous and informative. He explained alternatives and respective costs. Repaired the sump pump and used innovation to seat the pump better than original. I recommend ASI.
Great Plumbing Service! Mike Sloan did our plumbing service and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, and completed the work both quickly and satisfactorily.
Fixed my main drain. Had a clog in the main out to the sewer, so I set up an appointment with ASI. My plumber was Mike. He called about 15 minutes before our appointment and asked if it was alright to come on over. The clean out is in our finished basement and since this kind of work is dirty, I was very uneasy. He set up tarps and sheets and kept it very clean. Mikes a nice guy who does great work!
Mike Sloan job today Mike showed up today early and eager to fix two perpetually clogging drains. Mike was friendly and personable. The drains required a long snake and took a little time but was a fairly simple procedure. Regardless, mike took pride in the work and went the extra mile assuring our problem will not return soon. Great Job I called ADI in to fix a stoppage in our main drain system and were able to fix that, plus an additional problem quickly and professionally, while coordinating with my home warranty service. Mike Sloan was very friendly and made sure the job was completed successfully. Thanks for your help!
Very professional and polite My family and I have lived in our new house for only 2 weeks. We are new to the area, so we don't have any plumbing connections and were connected to ASI through our home warranty company. The service provider was very polite and thorough. He explained everything and didn't pressure us to get some work done we discovered wasn't covered under our warranty. He called ahead and arrived within the scheduled time frame. Overall, I'm very pleased.
